A new way to learn, connect, and elevate the craft
At Empire, we’ve always believed that the best moments happen when great people, great conversation, and great craftsmanship come together. Over the years, our tasting events have brought members closer to the stories behind the spirits they enjoy. Now, those experiences just leveled up.
We’re excited to introduce the Empire Mixology Masterclass Series, launching Wednesday, February 11th at Empire Brickell—an intimate, hands-on program designed to transform how our members experience cocktails.
From tasting to true participation
This series represents a natural evolution of what we do best. Instead of simply sampling spirits or watching from the sidelines, members will step behind the bar and into the craft itself.
Each class is limited to just 16 participants, creating a small-group environment where members work side by side with Empire’s expert bartenders. Together, you’ll learn how to build both timeless classic cocktails and modern signature creations, gaining insight into technique, balance, presentation, and flavor development.
This isn’t a demonstration—it’s an immersive, guided learning experience.
